Cooper Colony Country Club Golf Course

Cooper Colony Country Club Golf Course @ coopercolonygolf.com

If you fancy an extremely enjoyable executive golf course in the land of Florida, then Cooper Colony Country Club’s very own should be the venue of your next golf driving and putting sessions. The course is rated 70 and features a slope rating of 113. Let’s get to know this semi-private course that opened in more than half-a-century ago.

Authority

Cooper Colony Country Club opened the golf course in 1959. It’s a design by Pat Pattison, which measures about 3820 yards from the longest tees of Bermuda grass. The concept was built upon the promise to offer an enjoyable round for golfers of random skills.

Where to find them

Finding this pearl in the busy ground of Florida is very easy. They are exactly located at 5050 SW 90th Avenue Cooper City, FL 33328. It is situated not too far from Robbins Park or Wolf Lake Park. It is very accessible by Griffin Road. But to be sure, I suggest that you contact their support for proper directions at 954-434-2181.

Golf thrills

This is an 18-hole course with par of 60. Though always in great shape, the course is actually short and not so difficult to play at, especially if you are already a Pro. You would probably want to visit this place if you are just looking for a quick round of golf or to practice maybe. However, there might be some challenges that you may not expect as you sink the ball from one hole to another, but then again, that part remains to be encountered and is very much dependent on skill as a golfer.

Extras

Aside from the beautiful course, there is a driving range, which is perfect for warming up, and a restaurant in the area, which is, of course, absolutely a fantastic place to relax after an exhausting day of golf driving and putting. But the real bonus will be the in house Pro, who is none other than the P.G.A Professional Gary Braeseke, who can probably play with you and teach you to improve your game.

Obligations

Strict it may seem but you are not allowed to put on those metal spikes, if you have one. And you would need to bring cash as credit cards are not accepted in this golf course. As of this writing, Cooper Colony is available for $20 per person in the morning and $16 per person in the afternoon for up to 4 players.
